1 General Provisions

qqee1 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qqee1 and its users ("Members").

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. The member must notify qqee1 immediately of any unauthorized activity related to their account.

3.1 Account Security

• Login credentials (email and password) must not be shared with any third party.
• Multiple persons using the same account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

qqee1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee or suspend accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. In such cases, the member will be notified in advance by email.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

qqee1 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
• The deposit amount is generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• For new members, a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the total of the deposit and bonus combined.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per member.
• The bonus will be activated on a minimum deposit of ৳300.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is claimed.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the member's overall gaming activity and loyalty. Regular and active participation is required to advance to a higher tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

qqee1 offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. Specific rules apply to each game category.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game, qqee1 may take the necessary corrective action.
• Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error will be considered void.
• If a dispute arises regarding the rules of a game, qqee1's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

• Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Betting is available for all major tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC.
• In the case of live betting, odds may change at any time.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the gaming system.

11 Limitation of Liability

qqee1 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
• Losses caused by a member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, political unrest, or cyberattacks.

Participation in gaming is entirely voluntary and carries the risk of financial loss. Members accept this risk knowingly. qqee1 is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming.

12 Changes to Terms

qqee1 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these rules and terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
